How do I know that I am getting a qualified sitter?At Kreative Kidz Agency, we understand the importance of finding the best possible care for your children. That's why we have strict standards for our sitters, including a personal interview, supervised training, continued education and certification in CPR and First Aid, as well as clear background and drug tests. By providing us with detailed information about your family's specific needs, we can ensure that we make the best match for your family.

Will I know anything about the sitter before they arrive?Once the sitter is chosen, a detailed profile including his or her full name, biography, and photo will be sent to you by email, and your sitter will contact you before your reservation to introduce him or herself to you and your family. *When booking your reservation with at least 24 hours notice and during normal business hours

Can I speak with my sitter prior to my reservation?Once your reservation is confirmed, your sitter will reach out to you before the start of the reservation. You will also receive their contact information in your email confirmation. Please arrange a convenient time to have a more extended conversation with the sitter if you would like. If your sitter does not answer your call, please leave a message, allowing up to 24 hours for a response. Sitters may not be contacted for making, modifying, or canceling reservations. If you need to contact a sitter, this should be done while they are at your home with your family rather than after the reservation is completed. Additionally, the sitter's contact information should not be shared with any third party.

Can I meet the sitter before my scheduled reservation?You can schedule a reservation to meet your sitter; all standard charges and minimums apply. Families may speak with their sitter by Zoom at no additional fee(after the reservation is confirmed).

What if I do not have a drug, background check or CPR/First Aid certification?We will assist you in getting you the information on how to complete these.

What happens if I miss my interview/do not show up?If you miss or do not attend your interview (and you do not give ample warning/ notice), you will not be eligible to reschedule for another time. Since you did not call to let us know that you would not do the interview, we will not be confident in considering you for a job due to a lack of trust and communication.

What type of jobs are offered?Full-time, part-time, evening, daytime, weekend, and holiday.

What if I have to cancel a reservation?We strictly enforce a 48-hour cancellation and modification policy for all standard babysitting reservations. There is a 72-hour cancellation and modification policy for reservations with special rates for early and late starts and holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Valentine's Day, President’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve). If the reservation is canceled or modified with less than the required 48 or 72-hour notice, a minimum of 4 hours of the scheduled time will be charged to the credit card provided at the time the reservation was made. Cancellations and modifications may only be made by speaking with Kreative Kidz Agency directly or with a timed stamped voicemail. Cancellations and/or modifications by text, email, and/or directly with the babysitter will not be honored. No exceptions!

What if I need to change the time of the reservation or we are running late?If you wish to make changes or modifications to any existing reservations, you must do so with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability, or you will be charged from the earlier reserved time plus any applicable parking fees. All changes must be made directly with Kreative Kidz Agency during regular business hours; after-hours and last-minute changes will incur additional fees.

What if there is bad weather, our plane is delayed or our event is cancelled, etc?Kreative Kidz Agency’s cancellation policy will apply. There are no exceptions!

What if I need to extend my reservation?Once your reservation has begun, your sitter is in your home/hotel, and you would like to extend your session, you may contact your sitter directly. However, reservations may not exceed 10 hours. If your sitter cannot accommodate your request or you are inquiring about a change before your services, please call KKA directly.

What if the location or other reservation details change?If the location of your reservation changes, we cannot guarantee that the same sitter will be available or that we will be able to accommodate your request; therefore, please get in touch with us directly with any updates to your reservation, as additional fees may apply.

Do I always need to book a sitter through Kreative Kidz Agency?Yes, reservations must be booked directly with the Kreative Kidz Agency, and we ask parents to respect our company, commitment, and agreement.

How can I reserve a sitter?You can reserve a sitter by completing a Parent Agreement form or calling Kreative Kidz Agency directly. Please do not text Kreative Kidz Agency or the sitters with requests - all after-hours, last-minute, holiday, and urgent requests should be sent directly to us via email.

When should I book a sitter?It is always a good idea to book your reservation with as much notice as possible; booking a sitter with at least 24 hours notice is suggested. However, last-minute and special requests can sometimes be accommodated, depending on availability and for an additional charge.

Can I request the same sitter every time?It is always our preference to book the same sitter for your convenience; however, due to availability, this cannot always be guaranteed. To increase the possibility of the same sitter, please provide as much notice as possible for the desired dates and times. We also recommend meeting 2-3 sitters.

Can I contact my sitter directly?Once your booking is confirmed, your sitter will contact you directly beforehand. Furthermore, you will receive the sitter's contact information in your email confirmation. If your sitter does not answer, please leave a message, and they should get back to you within 24 hours. Sitters cannot be contacted to make, modify, or cancel a reservation; however, they may be contacted during your reservation while they are with your family. After the reservation is completed, sitters may not be contacted under any circumstance, and their contact information may not be shared with any third party.

Can I share my sitter's contact information with another family?Our Babysitter's profile is confidential, and for the safety of all parties involved, please get in touch with KKA directly for all requests. Please do not contact your sitter directly after your reservation or provide their contact information to anyone outside KKA.

How can I reserve a group or event sitter?You can reserve a special event sitter by filling out a get a quote form or calling Kreative Kidz Agency directly. Complete the form with as much information as possible. For after-hours, last-minute, holiday, and urgent requests, please call us directly.

What will the sitter do while my child is napping or sleeping?Our experienced sitters from Kreative Kidz Agency will assist with cleanup from the time spent with the children during the reservation and help prepare snacks and activities while the children are sleeping or napping; however, no additional domestic work outside of this will be completed."

What activities does the sitter engage in with my child?All activities promote the development of language, cognitive skills, and fine and gross motor skills, while also providing lots of hands-on entertainment for young learners.

Is there anything that the sitter can not do?Household cleaning, laundry, driving with you or your child(ren), running errands, making deliveries, giving baths or showers, giving medication, and supervising medications.

How will my sitter locate me for my reservation?Please make sure that your sitter's name is cleared with security/ your gate when applicable. For hotels/ resorts/ condos, your sitter will check in with the concierge/ front desk each time they arrive. To simplify the process, please provide your sitter with your room number. The desk will call for permission to send your sitter to you. If for any reason they can not connect with you, your sitter will attempt your direct contact information given at the time of your reservation.

What is the proper way to provide instructions to the babysitter?Our sitter will already have a description of your general expectations based on the information provided at the time of reservation. It is recommended that you provide instructions to your sitter during your initial phone conversation. Have your instructions and requests written or printed out for the sitter prior to the sitter's arrival. Please be detailed, and remember that each family is different. We recommend scheduling the sitter to arrive at least 15 minutes before you have to leave to review and familiarize the sitter with your instructions and become familiar with the location.

Do I need to provide a meal for the sitter?Sitters will bring their own food and snacks. However, if your reservation is 6 or more hours and during a normal mealtime, you are required to purchase at least one meal for your sitter. We strongly encourage having a stock refrigerator.

How does payment work?Invoices will be provided during the reservation process. All invoices must be paid in full to confirm your reservation. Each invoice must be paid 48 hours prior to the reservation’s scheduled start time (72 hours for holidays and groups). Kreative Kidz Agency mentors each/all reports, and any balance will be charged. Credit card receipts are sent automatically, so it is important to make sure Kreative Kidz Agency has the correct email address. The only cash provided to your sitter directly is their tip and late fees.

Is it customary to add gratuity?Gratuity is not included in standard reservations and should be given at the client's discretion. For multiple families, holidays, last-minute reservations, early/late starts, and reservations ending at 2 a.m. or later, a 10% gratuity will automatically be added. Please refer to the invoice for information regarding the group gratuity.

Do you accept subsidy payments?The Kreaive Kidz Agency does not accept subsidy payments.

How can I contact Kreative Kidz Agency?We are available 24/7 by phone at (844)635-0797. We appreciate that all non-urgent requests after hours be directed to our voicemail, where we will return your call the following business day. Emails and online requests are monitored during regular business hours only. We do not field requests by text message. *Please always leave a message with your name and return phone number.*

What if my child is sick?If your child is sick, you must notify the Kreative Kidz Agency. Additional fees may apply. The sitter will not administer any medicine and cannot supervise a child self-administering medication unless an emergency or an epi-pen is needed. When booking a reservation, please be upfront about any illnesses or special needs so the sitter can provide the best possible care. If a sitter arrives and cannot care for your child due to an illness or special need that was not informed at the time of reservation, you will be billed for a canceled reservation.

What if my child wants to have a friend over?Please notify Kreative Kidz Agency if there will be more children in the home or hotel room than originally scheduled, as we will need detailed information on all of the children present, and additional fees will apply.

Can my sitter swim with my child?Please advise us of any swimming requirements when making your reservation; all children who are not independent swimmers will need to be in floats, sitters will not swim with your child unless authorized in writing, and ocean play/swimming is not permitted.
