Once your reservation is confirmed, your sitter will reach out to you before the start of the reservation. You will also receive their contact information in your email confirmation. Please arrange a convenient time to have a more extended conversation with the sitter if you would like. If your sitter does not answer your call, please leave a message, allowing up to 24 hours for a response.
Sitters may not be contacted for making, modifying, or canceling reservations. If you need to contact a sitter, this should be done while they are at your home with your family rather than after the reservation is completed. Additionally, the sitter's contact information should not be shared with any third party.
