FAQ

  • Will I know anything about my sitter before they arrive?
    All clients will receive a detailed profile of your sitter including his or her full name, age, location, biography and photo will be sent to you via email. Babysitters will contact clients prior to your reservation to introduce him/herself.
  • Can I speak with my sitter prior to my reservation?
    Yes. Your sitter will reach out to you prior to your reservation.
  • Can I meet the sitter prior to my scheduled reservation?
    You are welcome to schedule a reservation to meet your sitter. All standard charges may apply. Babysitters are available to speak by phone at no additional fee.
  • What if I need to change the time of my reservation or we are running late?
    All reservations must be changed or modified with a 24-hour notice. With less than 24 hours notice, clients will be charged from the earliest reserved time plus any applicable parking fees, and a late fee will apply. Late fee will be dedicated from your deposit!
  • What if I have to cancel?
    The first hour of service is charged upon confirmation and is not refundable and non-transferable. Remaining balance will be refunded. We strictly enforce a 48 hour cancellation and modification policy for all standard babysitting reservations. There is a 72 hour cancellation and modification policy for reservations with special rates, early and late starts and for holidays (New Years Day, Valentines Day, President’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, First night of Passover, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve). If the reservation is canceled or modified with less than the required 48 or 72 hours notice, then the remaining balance of the minimum 4 hours will be charged to the credit card provided at the time the reservation was made. Cancellations and modifications may only be made by speaking with Kreative Kidz Babysitting Agency directly or with a timed stamped voicemail. Cancellations and/or modifications by text, by email and/or directly with the babysitter will not be honored.There are no exceptions.
  • What if the location or other reservation details change?
    Please contact us directly with any updates to your reservation. We can not guarantee that the same sitter will be available or that your request will be accommodated. Additional fees may apply.
  • What if I want to extend my reservation?
    Sitters must be contacted directly. Reservation may not exceed 12 hours. We can not guarantee that your sitter will be able to accommodate your request.
  • When should I book my sitter?
    24 hours notice to book a sitter. Last minute requests are accepted. There is an additional charge for last minute services.
  • How can I reserve a sitter?
    Reservation can be made by filling out a parent agreement form, email or call Kreative Kidz Babysitting Agency. For after hours, last minute and holiday please call us directly.
  • Can I request the same sitter?
    Yes. However, we can never guarantee that the same sitter will always be available. We find it helpful for clients to meet 3-5 sitters.
  • How do I confirm my reservation?
    Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email with details of our policy and our parent agreement form. To confirm your reservation, the parent agreement must be completed and signed, and your invoice must be paid in full. Once your reservation is confirmed a formal confirmation email will be sent with your babysitting profile.
  • Do I always need to book through Kreative Kidz Babysitting Agency?
    Yes. Reservation must be booked directly with the Kreative Kidz Babysitting Agency. We ask parents to respect our company, commitment and agreement.
  • Is there anything that the sitters can not do?
    The sitter can not do household cleaning, laundry, drive with you or with your child(ren), run errands, make deliveries, give bath or showers, give medication or supervise medications.
  • How does payment work?
    An invoice will be sent to your email. Invoice must be paid in full. The only cash provided to your sitter directly is their tips.
